JOB DESCRIPTION:

Shift: First Shift

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA SHOULD APPLY:

  • A passion for excellence in customer service for employees and residents.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in medical billing (long-term care is required), managing insurance, PDM (Medicare), and Medicaid claims, as well as MDS, collections, and accounts receivable.
  • Experience with Healthcare Data Management system (like MatrixCare).
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet critical business deadlines with efficiency, and able to multitask.
