Key Responsibilities

Billing Support & Processing

• Assist with the monthly billing cycle, ensuring internal deadlines are consistently met.

• Generate draft invoices and distribute them to Project Managers (PMs) for review.

• Enter basic data corrections, transfers, and adjustments into the system under supervision.

• Prepare final invoice packages for clients, verifying numerical accuracy and formatting

compliance.

Data Entry & Administration

• Set up new projects in the financial system, ensuring all contract details are entered

accurately.

• Maintain organized billing files and digital records for audit and reference purposes.

• Follow up on missing timesheets or expense receipts required for billing.

Learning & Development

• Develop a strong working knowledge of Deltek (ERP software).

• Learn foundational project accounting concepts, including budget tracking and Work in

Progress (WIP).

• Collaborate with the Finance team to support continuous improvement of internal billing

processes.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Recent graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration,

Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1–2 years of experience in an office or administrative environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong Excel skills preferred; comfortable working with spreadsheets, formulas, and

formatting.

• High attention to detail with a strong aptitude for working with numbers.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident engaging with Project

Managers to clarify billing information.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet recurring

  • deadlines.
