WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Billing & Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a positive and professional experience with every interaction. This onsite role supports daily operations by handling inbound inquiries, scheduling services, and assisting with basic billing and account-related questions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, voicemails, and web inquiries Schedule, confirm, and update service appointments for technicians and the sales team Provide information to prospective customers and assist with setting up new services Enter accurate service notes and customer details into company systems Assist customers with basic billing inquiries, including reviewing charges, processing payments, and updating account information Support simple account updates such as contact information and payment methods Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate customer service Provide general administrative support as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly High attention to detail and organization Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required WORKING CONDITIONS Much of this work is done in an indoor location. Extended periods of working at a computer. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
