Billing & Payment Certification * Verify and certify contractor RA bills, final bills, and consultant invoices. * Review measurement sheets, BOQs, rate analyses, and supporting documents. * Ensure accuracy of quantities executed as per approved drawings and contracts. * Coordinate with project execution teams for bill validations and approvals. * Monitor billing cycles and ensure timely processing of payments. Change Order & Variation Management * Evaluate variation orders, extra item rates, and deviation claims. * Assess commercial impact of scope changes and recommend approvals. * Maintain records of contract changes and variation registers. * Support commercial negotiations with contractors and consultants.
