About the Role The Billing & Family Accounts Coordinator serves as a key bridge between families and our billing team. You’ll guide families through payment options, help establish manageable payment plans, and ensure accounts stay accurate and up to date — all while maintaining a calm, understanding, and solutions-focused approach. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing numbers with people — blending attention to detail with compassionate communication. There is potential for this role to transition to full-time as organizational needs grow. Shifts will vary based on organizational needs to accommodate multiple time zones, offering flexibility for scheduling. Key Responsibilities Communicate with families regarding billing questions, balances, and payment options. Set up and manage family payment plans with professionalism and empathy. Partner with the billing team to ensure timely collections and accurate records. Maintain proactive communication to keep families engaged in the financial process. Handle sensitive financial conversations with care and clarity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial and operational coordination. What You Bring Experience in billing, client accounts, or customer service (ABA field experience preferred). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Proficiency with billing or CRM systems. Calm and compassionate demeanor when working with families.
