JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of Billing & Invoice Specialist consists mainly of managing timely and accurate invoicing. The company acts as an intermediary for key account customers and service providers. This gives the Billing & Invoice Specialist a key role in its cash management.

MISSION DESCRIPTION

  • Receive and process customer orders.
  • Verify order accuracy and compliance.
  • Enter and monitor orders in the computer system.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information throughout the operational chain.
  • Adhere to current accounting and tax regulations.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding invoices and orders.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints and provide suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and accounting teams to ensure smooth billing processes.
  • Provide reports and analyses on sales and billing to relevant managers.
  • Continuously improve processes and tools related to your role.
