Job Summary: This position helps in maintaining satisfactory completion rate of institutions or agencies under Salary Loan products through:    • Ensuring accurate, complete and timely submission of billings    • Effective monitoring of billed accounts and performance of accredited institutions    • Ensuring compliance with internal and external credit policies, guidelines or regulations   Qualifications:     • College graduate, preferably with business and/or accounting background    • Preferably with 2 years relevant work experience as an officer in unsecured loan operations particularly with sales, billing and/or collections    • Knowledgeable in bank products and credit policies and procedures    •Knowledgeable in secured and unsecured loans    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software     • Experienced in people management     BDO Unibank, Inc. provides equal opportunity to all qualified candidates.
