We’re seeking a Billing Manager to lead our billing team with confidence, accountability, and heart. You’ll oversee revenue cycle operations, inspire your team, and ensure that our billing function is as excellent as the care we provide. • Lead and mentor our billing team to deliver accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding performance
• Manage all aspects of revenue cycle management: claims submission, payment posting, insurance verification, denials, appeals, and collections
• Monitor billing KPIs and create action plans for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and healthcare regulations
• Partner with leadership to support the financial health of a growing practice
• Build a positive, collaborative, and accountable department culture
