About the Job In this role you will lead and collaborate with both U.S.-based and overseas team members to ensure seamless operations, shared accountability, and consistent high-quality results. You’ll play a hands-on part in delivering timely, precise billing outcomes, while proactively reporting operational issues before they impact our clients. Key Responsibilities Ensure daily work volume targets are met and quality standards are upheld. This includes implementing action plans for underperformance. Proactively monitor operations and report emerging issues to leadership, resolving them before they affect client experience. Deliver actionable recommendations to leadership, supporting continual improvement and transparency.
