BILLING REPRESENTATIVE

Benrich Service Company, the leader in the service industry, currently has an opening for a Billing Representative to join our team. Benrich Service Company is a family-owned business, established in 1962, providing commercial services in water heating, plumbing, water treatment and HVAC.

• Bill customers based on completed work orders, contracts and pre job deposits.
• Ensures completion, accuracy, and clarity of all billing requirements.
• Resolves discrepancies and processes and adjustments as needed.
• Keeps confidential all financial and accounting records.
• Deliver invoices to customers via digital and client-required methods.
• Performs light collections duties related to company needs.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Provides general office support as needed.
