The ideal candidate will work closely with third-party billers and doctors' offices to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement processes. This role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and ensuring compliance with billing regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Process and submit billing claims to third-party payers for durable medical equipment. - Communicate effectively with doctors' offices to obtain necessary documentation and information for billing. - Review and verify billing information for accuracy and completeness. - Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any billing discrepancies. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and regulations related to durable medical equipment. - Assist in training and supporting staff on billing procedures and best practices. - Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries.
