As a billing representative, you’ll play a vital role in managing incoming and outgoing payments for medical treatment. Your role is to communicate with patients about their outstanding balance and handle the administrative responsibilities of billing insurance and processing payments. Attention to detail is invaluable as you review and enter medical billing information. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and interpersonal skills – which you’ll rely on while answering calls from customers, providers, and billing offices.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATION

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• Prior experience in a healthcare facility, specifically as a biller.
• Medical Terminology coursework.
