New Account Setup Specialists are responsible for providing a high-quality onboarding experience for our clients. This role requires good communication skills in order to build strong relationships between our clients and internal Conservice teams. After gathering the setup information from the client, the New Account Setup Specialist will then prep the internal Conservice system for our downstream teams Qualifications * Manages time and prioritizes tasks efficiently * Strong comprehension/problem-solving skills * Strong communication skills and ability to foster relationships * Excellent team skills * Self-motivated and accountable * Basic Microsoft Office and Google product knowledge
