Job Description • Under direct supervision, prepares billing for clients, to include review of invoices and back up documentation received from subcontractors. • Billing reviewed by the Project Manager prior to submission to client. • Entry-level position, previous experience may not be required. Biller Job Summary The biller is responsible for preparing, issuing, and managing invoices while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company policies. The role supports accounts receivable operations and ensures timely collection of payments. Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers. Verify billing data based on contracts, purchase orders, or service reports. Record invoices in the accounting system. Prepare billing and aging reports. Monitor accounts receivables and follow up on overdue payments. Assist on month-end or year-end closing activities. Maintain proper documentation and filing of billing records. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies. Qualifications BSc in Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred) 1-year or less in billing and accounts receivables. Knowledge in accounting principles Proficiency in MS excel and Oracle. Good communications skills, verbal and written.
