OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing billing processes, preparing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and communicating with clients regarding billing inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with billing software and tools (QuickBooks, SAP/Concur preferred).
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, invoicing, and accounts payable.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Background in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients using QuickBooks and SAP/Concur.
• Handle accounts payable and ensure proper documentation.

• Communicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate billing records and assist with financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and account reconciliation.
