We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. Role overview Dentons Business Services EMEA is currently seeking a Billing Specialist to join the UKIME Team. This role is accountable for a variety of billing activities, with a primary focus on ensuring the billing process for assigned partners’ portfolios is effectively managed. Responsibilities Perform day-to-day billing tasks. Comply with the firm’s policies and obligations, and effectively manage any risks related to this role. Ensure the highest quality of invoices sent to clients. Generate various WIP (Work in Progress) reports for Billing Team members. Support colleagues and resolve standard cases to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including partners, personal assistants, and local finance teams. Work with the Revenue Management Team to identify and implement improvements to the billing process. Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders. At least 2 years of professional experience in finance; experience in billing is a strong advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (B2/C1 level, both written and spoken); knowledge of German or French is an advantage. Good knowledge of legal, financial, or accounting principles. Knowledge of the 3E system would be an advantage. Experience working with internal and external clients, with a strong customer service focus. Accuracy and attention to detail. Analytical thinking. Willingness to learn and share knowledge. Positive team player with a can-do attitude. Proactive approach to problem solving.
