The Role

• You will lead the development of a modern, data-driven function, using data, analytics, automation, AI and digital technology to improve operational performance, decision-making and business efficiency.Key responsibilities include:Develop and deliver the organisation's data and digital transformation strategy.
• Build strong data governance, reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Establish reliable business data and improve data quality and accessibility.
• Lead digital transformation, automation and technology-enabled change programmes.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
• Develop dashboards, MI and insights to support senior decision-making.
• Build and lead a high-performing data and digital team.
• Manage budgets, business cases, suppliers and transformation benefits.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, finance, operations and other functions.
• Ensure appropriate governance, risk, data protection and information security standards are maintained.
