As a Customer Service Representative at our Kitchener location, you’ll bring your energy and customer-first mindset to every interaction. From assisting restaurants with product questions and order support to building lasting relationships through exceptional service, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel valued, supported, and set up for success — while growing your own career along the way.Here’s what your days might look like:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable guidance on our wide range of restaurant supplies.
• Accurately process orders and perform detailed data entry.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Learn internal operations and support the team to ensure smooth daily processes.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including weekend availability
