The hiring team is looking for entry-level to associate-level individuals who can learn new computer programs with ease, maintain a steady work flow in a fast-paced work environment, and communicate professional with customers, colleagues, and managers.
This position is fully onsite in a professional office setting with a business casual dress code!

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service experience
• Microsoft Office experience and general Computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to furnish 1-3 professional references
• Ability to clear a background check
• Ability to start work within or under 2 to 3 weeks after accepting an offer!

• Use online insurance portals to track and update claims.
• Work quickly and carefully through a high volume of tasks each day.
• Keep clear records of actions taken on each account.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to resolve any issues.
• Make sure all information is handled securely and follows privacy rules.
