QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar finance/accounting role
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures and accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Excel and billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
• Reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payments
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation and billing processes
• Maintain and update customer account information
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
