As a Billing Specialist, you play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes. You are responsible for validating customer orders, invoicing SaaS contracts and service-based projects, and managing financial interactions with customers. Your efforts directly contribute to smooth financial operations and high customer satisfaction. You’ll join a close-knit team of three Billing Specialists, working collaboratively to ensure seamless billing operations throughout the organization.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Experience in billing, finance, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Dutch
• Experience with SaaS business models and project-based billing is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) and financial systems

• Review incoming customer orders for accuracy and completeness
• Generate and process invoices for SaaS contracts and service-based projects
• Handle incoming billing-related questions from both internal departments and external customers
• Process credit note requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage the financial processing of customer cancellations
• Collaborate closely with Business Operations, Sales, Services and Finance teams to ensure smooth billing operations
