Education - High school diploma or equivalent. Experience - Two (2) years of relevant work experience is required, preferably in a non-profit and/or health clinic environment. Other Requirement(s) - EPIC experience is valued.
Responsibilities
This position manages billing and reimbursement processes for both patients and insurance, ensuring timely data entry into the accounts receivable system to maximize claims and patient reimbursement. Responsibilities also include resolving patient account issues, conducting refund analysis, and assisting with patient inquiries.
