BILLING SPECIALIST – DESIGN-BUILD FIRM

We are seeking a Billing Specialist to join our Design-Build team. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate client billing, maintaining organized project records, and supporting effective communication between our office staff, project managers, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in billing (experience in construction, design-build, or related industries preferred).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

• Prepare and process accurate invoices across multiple projects.
• Maintain clear and organized billing records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the office team, project managers, and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Assist with internal communication and office processes related to billing.
