Job Purpose
As a Billing Specialist at Sterling Crane, you play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations at the branch. This position is responsible for payroll processing, client invoicing, vendor billing, accounts receivable management, and administrative compliance. The Billing Specialist works closely with operations, sales, and accounting teams to ensure smooth financial processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience in billing, payroll, accounts receivable, or a related accounting role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with accounting
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND COMPLIANCE TASKS

  • Conduct administrative audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
