Palmdale Oil is seeking a full-time, in-office Billing Specialist at our Palm Beach Gardens location. The Billing Specialist will be responisble for invoicing customers for multiple divisions and locations, which consists of heavy data entry billing. In addition to inventory control through proper data entry and assisting customers with questions. Job Responsibilities •Invoicing customers for multiple divisions and locations – heavy data entry billing •Inventory control through proper data entry •Assisting customers with questions and researching issues when necessary •Cross training in other office functions for maximum coverage Job Requirements * 2-3 years billing experience * Detailed oriented * Exceptional customer services skills * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent verbal and written skills * Proficient in Microsoft Suite * Strong communication skills and attention to detail * Stable work history Work Environment: * This position operates from the Vero Beach office at a desk.
