Overview Billing Specialist Children's Aid & Family Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation The Billing Specialist will have a knowledge base of billing processes and all related functions. This role will manage administrative and/or clerical responsibilities, playing a key part in the seamless operation of our programs and services. Your responsibilities are vital in upholding our organizational efficiency and effectiveness, all while strictly adhering to ethical and professional standards. Review Data including processing correction notices and late billing. Knowledge of 1099 annual process. Reconcile bank statements. Maintain regional portion of statewide wait list, being current with all policy guidelines. Data entry of wait list information. Process weekly renewal letters. Process available slot letters. Perform other related duties as required or directed. Qualifications Education & Experience: Associate's degree preferred. Billing experience and competence with numbers required. Knowledge of MS Windows, Excel, access, and Quick Books Pro required. Must be bilingual-English/Portuguese Skills and Knowledge: Ability to work independently and to multitask. Attention to detail required. Familiarity with human service programs or subsidized childcare programs preferred. Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive required.
