At Solar Manager LLC, we’re changing the way solar billing is done. Based in Lake Elsinore, we specialize in Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Helping customers understand and manage their energy costs with clarity and accuracy. Our mission is simple: streamline solar billing, optimize financial efficiency, and promote a cleaner, greener energy future.
We’re a small, agile company with big goals, and we’re looking for a Billing Specialist who is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

REQUIREMENTS

· Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
· Excellent communication (English/Spanish) and organizational skills
· Comfortable working in Excel and QuickBooks
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
· Experience in billing or administrative work is a plus
· Interest in renewable energy or the solar industry is a bonus!
· Bilingual: English/Spanish

· Manage monthly billing cycles for solar PPAs from start to finish
· Review contracts and ensure billing aligns with agreement terms
· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met
· Generate and maintain invoices, receipts, and billing records
· Communicate with customers to resolve billing questions and explain charges
· Track payment status and follow up on overdue accounts
· Assist in improving billing processes and internal systems
· Stay informed on industry standards and compliance guidelines
