What You’ll Do:

• Generate and process daily invoices for fuel deliveries
• Bill HVAC and service work orders, including time and materials
• Review delivery tickets, service documentation, and pricing for accuracy
• Post adjustments, credits, and rebills as needed
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally
• Maintain organized billing records in accounting and dispatch software
• Coordinate with drivers, technicians, and customer service to ensure timely billing
• Assist with monthly reporting, audits, and internal reconciliations

You’ll Thrive Here If:

• You have 1–3 years of billing, accounting, or administrative experience
• You’re detail-oriented, accurate, and great at managing time
• You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates
• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and accounting or ERP systems
• You’re eager to learn and grow in the fuel and HVAC industry

Job Type & Pay:

• Full-time
• Hourly Wage: $17.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience)
