What You’ll Do Our teams work to provide superior advertising solutions and customer service to meet the needs and wants of our existing and prospective dealers around the country. As a Billing Specialist you’re responsible for processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, handling all special billing requirements, ensuring customers are billed correctly based on contract terms and conditions and maintaining the general integrity of customer data across company systems. Process account setups, changes, cancellations, etc. for the assigned workload Ensure contracts and approval process standards are being met including rate and terms Communicate with and provide guidance to the sales teams to correctly process their opportunities and agreements Collaborate with finance and sales to maintain accounts receivables and ensure sales orders and invoices are processed prior to month end What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience in billing or in a related role Proficient with computer software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite and Salesforce Occasional travel for trade shows, conferences or related events Bonus Points: Associate's Degree in a related field Knowledge of the commercial truck, heavy equipment and recreation industries So come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.
