Description Billing Specialist UEI® Group companies are worldwide industry leaders in the supply and manufacture of foil stamping and embossing products. We are passionate about precision, artistic execution, and innovative efficiency - reliably providing engraving and foils to customers around the world. We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team in Overland Park, KS. In this role, you’ll handle customer invoicing across multiple entities, gain visibility into the full breadth of the business, and contribute to a variety of projects. This is an on-site position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Responsibilities • Prepare and distribute daily customer invoices • Manage daily billing for multiple entities, including invoicing in foreign currencies • Apply and maintain customer sales tax exemption certificates • Track and report weekly sales by product category • Support special projects as assigned Qualifications • Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related function • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Effective time management with the ability to prioritize competing tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Solid verbal communication skills and comfort interacting with customers • Collaborative, team-oriented work style Universal Engraving, Inc./Infinity® Foils, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
