Description Billing Supervisor We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Supervisor to lead our billing department and ensure accurate and timely invoicing for our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our financial operations while working within a dynamic and supportive team environment. This position will oversee the billing department (appeals, payment posting, collections and credentialing), daily and surgical coders and medical records. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of billing processes, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily billing/coding/medical records operations to ensure timely and accurate invoicing - Supervise and support staff, providing training and performance feedback - Review and approve billing/coding/medical records transactions, appeals, and adjustments - Collaborate with finance, patient care providers, and various service teams to resolve billing discrepancies - Maintain and update procedures and documentation for areas of oversight - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements - Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing Join our team and be part of a company that values growth, innovation, and professional development. Requirements - Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred - A minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare revenue cycle background required - Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, surgical and daily coding /and or medical records required - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities - Proficiency in EMR software and Microsoft Office Suite - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and generate reports - Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
