Job Description Billing Team Leader The Role Ramsay Health Care UK is part of a global hospital operating group and one of the leading independent healthcare providers in England. Join us as a Billing Team Leader and take responsibility for managing the billing team within our Finance Hub, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for patients, insurers, NHS, consultants, and other third parties. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial stability by minimising unbilled activity and driving continuous improvement in billing processes. From overseeing invoice submissions and resolving queries to supporting compliance and audits, your leadership will ensure efficiency and excellent service across the Finance function. What You’ll Bring With You Experience in a business office billing role within healthcare, including private billing, NHS contracts, and/or health insurance providers Proven leadership experience in a senior or supervisory role Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sound numerical and IT skills, including Excel and familiarity with finance systems (SAP IS-H and SAP HANA) Understanding of healthcare billing processes, medical coding, and insurance workflows Ideally, Level 3 or Level 5 CMI qualification (or equivalent) Why join us?
