Description
Lead project initiation, planning, execution, and handover for new customer transitions. Collaborate with Customer and Account teams to align on contractual requirements. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress. Implement new system capabilities, processes, and billing entities. Serve as a backup for Mobility Billing Demand Management. Ensure compliance with contractual billing terms. Act as a single point of contact for customer migrations, coordinating with Local Markets. Organise regular calls to address onboarding issues and prioritise capacity. Gather requirements for new products and support their implementation. Monitor contractual investments and incentives. Initiate tariff mappings and build billing processes based on special requirements. Conduct customer profile analysis and configure accounts and tariffs. Manage implementation services across multiple accounts. Resolve billing queries until customers are fully transitioned to BAU. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements. Minimum 2 years' experience in business operations. Proven project management expertise; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous. Strong computer proficiency and knowledge of ITIL. Experience in virtual environments and international team management. Skilled in communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation. Familiarity with mobile data applications and telecom systems. Ability to translate business needs into functional capabilities. Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to deadlines. Strong customer relationship management skills, with confidence to engage at Director level.
