JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Revit BIM and CAD Software Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP), BIM standards, and related industry-standard software, including Navisworks, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Primavera, and others. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BIM workflows, architectural and structural design, MEP systems, and a passion for teaching and mentoring professionals in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) on Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, and Revit MEP for modeling buildings, structural systems, and HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Teach BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and best practices for project collaboration, data management, and interdisciplinary workflows.
• Provide instruction on Navisworks for clash detection, project coordination, and 4D/5D simulation.
• Train on additional software, including SketchUp for conceptual modeling, 3ds Max for visualization, Lumion for rendering, Primavera for project scheduling, and other tools like AutoCAD and Bluebeam for modeling and collaboration.
• Create high-quality training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, and hands-on exercises tailored to various skill levels.
• Guide trainees on interoperability between Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Primavera, and other relevant tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and emerging BIM methodologies to ensure training content remains current.
• Assess trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and support skill development.
• Collaborate with project teams to align training with real-world AEC project requirements.
  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
