As a part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented and motivated Junior BIM Architect to join our dynamic team in Pune. Job Responsibilities: BIM Modeling: Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and other BIM software. Design Coordination: Assist in the coordination of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations based on project requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, project managers, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Quality Control: Ensure all BIM models and drawings adhere to company standards and project specifications. Software Proficiency: Utilize BIM software to create and update 3D models, clash detection, and quantity takeoffs. Project Support: Provide support in various phases of project development, including design, documentation, and construction. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in BIM modeling and architectural design. Software Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and best practices. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with parametric modeling and family creation in Revit. Knowledge of building codes and regulations. Experience in coordinating with multiple disciplines on complex projects. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
