QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (required).
• 4-7 years of post-graduate experience in BIM.
• Proven experience in project delivery.

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficient in Revit Architecture and BIM tools.
• Manage BIM project data sets, workflows, and project setup on a daily basis.
• Support the technical delivery of BIM projects by coordinating CAD and BIM workflows, creating 3D coordinated BIM/Revit design models, and preparing documentation based on approved drawings and site conditions.
• Assist the project team with all technical BIM-related tasks and issues.
• Review and address clash detection reports with the project team and general contractors, leading this process when necessary.
• Generate reports and schedules for internal use (e.g., exports from Revit Architecture).
• Skilled in detailed design and BIM modeling up to LOD500.
• Knowledge of additional design software such as BIM collaboration Pro, BIM Cloud, BIM 360,LUMION, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus.
