BOQ Generation • Automate the generation of Bills of Quantities from Revit model elements and AutoCAD drawing layers • Map model elements to specification codes and cost categories automatically • Format outputs to company and FIDIC standards 3. Timeline & Schedule Automation • Extract Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) from Revit model phases and AutoCAD drawing sets • Integrate model data with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) via API or structured data export • Build dashboards that reflect live project schedule status from BIM data 4. Shop Drawing Production • Automate shop drawing generation at various levels of detail (LOD) directly from Revit models • Build tools for automatic title block population, drawing numbering, and revision management • Develop clash detection workflows using Navisworks API or equivalent • Automate compliance checks against project specifications 5. Integration & Connectivity • Connect Revit/AutoCAD outputs to Excel, Power BI, ERP, or project management platforms • Build data pipelines between technical office tools using APIs or middleware (Zapier, custom scripts) • Document all tools, scripts, and workflows for team use and onboarding Revit API (C# or Python) Required Dynamo for Revit — scripting and automation Required AutoCAD .NET API or AutoLISP scripting Required BIM modelling experience — Civil / Structural projects Required Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Computer Science Required Experience with IFC / Open BIM standards Preferred Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 API Preferred Python or C# for general scripting and automation Preferred Integration with Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems Preferred Navisworks API — clash detection automation Advantage Alice Technologies or similar AI scheduling tools Advantage Experience with CostX, Togal.AI, or similar QTO platforms Advantage
