Job Description Lead and manage BIM coordination processes across multiple projects, including clash detection and issue management within project teams Develop and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Perform quality control reviews of BIM models and related documentation Set up and manage processes within the Common Data Environment (CDE) (e.g., ACC) Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of BIM processes Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and best practices Provide technical support to design team members on BIM software and processes, and conduct training when required Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends Qualifications Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering Very good knowledge of English and Polish Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM implementation on projects and at least 5 years of experience in the AEC industry across all project stages Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and experience working with CDE platforms; knowledge of other BIM software, scripting, or automation tools is an advantage Awareness of industry BIM standards Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry developments Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in an international environment is an advantage State/Province: Masovian Business Group: DCS Legal Entity: AECOM Polska Sp. z o.o.
