Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative BIM Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for our projects, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality deliverables. Lead the development and maintenance of 3D BIM models for various project phases Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate integration of all building systems in BIM models Conduct clash detection analyses and resolve conflicts between different disciplines Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across projects Supervise and mentor BIM modelers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines Prepare and update BIM execution plans and model development specifications Collaborate with project managers to align BIM processes with project goals and timelines Generate 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models as required Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to current processes Qualifications Diploma in Engineering or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 15 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in large-scale construction projects Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with other BIM software is a plus In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and building systems Excellent leadership and team management skills Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal Proven experience in clash detection and resolution Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is advantageous Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry developments Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
