Job Description The BIM Coordinator is responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, ensuring compliance with project BIM standards, and supporting project teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated models. Key Responsibilities Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines. Perform model reviews and clash detection using Navisworks. Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, and client requirements. Manage model coordination and file sharing in ACC/BIM 360. Monitor model quality, shared coordinates, and data integrity. Support BIM modelers and project teams with technical guidance. Prepare coordination reports and track issue resolution. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and liaise with project stakeholders. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Experience with Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Good understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
