Description

4-6 years of relevant experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of and proven practical background in Autodesk Revit and related BIM software and related software and hardware Completion of a relevant diploma or degree program from an accredited college or university Must be an articulate, passionate, and persuasive communicator able to convey BIM concepts Must be a respectful and collaborative individual for a team-based work environment Effective interpersonal skills Proficiency in clash detection software such as Autodesk Navisworks, BIM 360, Revit, or similar tools. Strong understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles and workflows. Familiarity with multidisciplinary design (architectural, structural, and MEP systems) and their integration within 3D models. Ability to analyze complex 3D models, identify conflicts, and recommend practical solutions. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate clash identification and resolution. Excellent communication skills to facilitate coordination meetings and interact with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and project managers to achieve project objectives. Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, or other BIM-related guidelines is a plus.
