Location: This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and from Peterborough office in Thorpe wood House.

As BIM Coordinator, you’ll lead digital modelling across multiple projects, overseeing a team of BIM technicians. You’ll ensure compliance with BIM procedures and collaborate with wider project teams to create, verify and manage intelligent 3D models. From supporting data extraction to model audits and technical guidance, you’ll shape design quality and innovation from the ground up.
