Darwin Group are looking for Design & BIM Coordinator to work within our specialist teams to help deliver outstanding healthcare facilities for the NHS.
As a Design & BIM Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in managing the design process and coordinating consultant information, ensuring the integrity and reputation of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
· Coordinating internal and external design teams’ Building Information Models (BIM)
· Developing BIM processes across the design team and company.
· Running clash detection workshops and managing consultant designers’ compliance with BIM procedures.
· Ensuring the Common Data Environment is maintained by project teams.
· Producing BIM documentation, including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
· Supporting tenders and sales enquiries.
· Managing and maintaining the Revit family library.
