Start here. Grow here. We are seeking a skilled Electrical BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic MEP team. This role is central to developing, managing, and coordinating electrical BIM models and digital project deliverables across various project stages. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical engineering concepts combined with strong BIM expertise—particularly in Revit MEP, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and clash detection platforms. Here is what you will do: Develop, manage, and update detailed electrical BIM models using Revit MEP in accordance with project requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Set up and maintain model structures, templates, worksets, and coordinated modeling environments. Perform clash detection using tools such as Navisworks or equivalent, and track issues through ACC. Ensure proper integration of electrical models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines. ⁠Prepare BIM-related project deliverables, model exports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. ⁠Ensure adherence to BIM standards, workflows, templates, and metadata requirements. ⁠Collaborate with electrical engineers and multidisciplinary teams to accurately implement design intent and maintain consistent, coordinated BIM models. ⁠Provide input on improving BIM processes, standards, templates, and automation opportunities. Qualifications Here’s what we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience working with Revit MEP in a design, engineering, or BIM coordination environment. Good understanding of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems, etc.). Proficiency in Revit MEP including modeling, scheduling, family creation, and model management. Experience working with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC). Ability to identify, track, and communicate model clashes and coordination issues. Advanced command of English, both written and spoken. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project needs. Preferred: Experience with clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office). Familiarity with Dynamo, DiRoots, RFtools or automation workflows for Revit. Experience coordinating BIM activities for small to medium-sized projects. Understanding of international electrical design standards and BIM coordination workflows. Experience communicating with external clients, consultants, or contractors. Proactive mindset with interest in improving BIM processes, templates, or digital workflows.
