Location: Ashford
Salary: up to £42k Basic, realistic £50k OTE + great benefits listed below:

Responsibilities

COMPANY & ROLE

Our Client is a market leading manufacturer of solutions sold into the construction sector. They have a global portfolio and are recognised as a leading quality brand.
As a BIM Coordinator you will be part of a small team that sits within National Projects. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of Building Information Modelling (BIM), responsible for the generation of BIM objects and associated COBie data. All of this while assuring compliance with industry standards.

You’ll receive first class training and on-going support to enable you to do your job well. Based in brand new offices. Things you’ll be doing may include:

  • Deliver approx. 12 high-quality, data-driven construction solutionsa month
  • Analyse BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs) in collaboration with the Commercial team
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders ie. PM’s & Sales and external stakeholders ie. Architects
  • Produce 2D/ CAD detailed drawings for use in projects
  • Training PM’s on best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality construction solutions.
  • Oversee the day-to-day BIM operations.
  • Monthly reports on BIM activities

There are a couple of things you’ll need to have for this role:

  • BIM experience, exposure or qualifications
  • Experience using BIM software (Revit)
  • Analytic Skills to assess project needs
  • Data Management
  • 2/3D CAD expertise
  • A good customer focused collaborative approach to your work.
  • Full UK driving licence (less than 6 points
