BMAC Technologies and Consulting is a dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm specializing in commercial construction projects. We are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator who thrives in MEP environments and knows how to turn complexity into clarity.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead BIM coordination efforts for MEP systems across diverse project types
• Develop and refine detailed Revit models with expert-level accuracy
• Run clash detection workflows using Navisworks and resolve issues proactively
• Collaborate with internal and external teams using Procore and other platforms
• Support CAD-based documentation and ensure alignment with BIM deliverables
• Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior modelers when needed

Tools & Standards

• Software: Autodesk Revit (required), AutoCAD (as needed), Navisworks
• Standards: BIM Execution Plan, project specifications, and industry codes
• Deliverables: Native Revit files (.rvt), AutoCAD (.dwg), PDF sets, and layout point files (.csv/.txt)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on BIM Coordination experience in MEP
• Mastery of Revit for MEP modeling—ducts, piping, electrical, and beyond
• Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Procore
• Deep understanding of construction workflows and interdisciplinary coordination
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
