Your Responsibilities Collaborate with the project team on BIM modelling development, ensuring the BIM model accurately reflects the Architect’s design intent and incorporates the latest design updates. Update and maintain Architecture BIM models, ensuring they align with the most recent design changes. Provide proficient BIM technical support for office-wide projects, including troubleshooting, BIM model assistance, documentation support, and family creation/maintenance for projects. Ensure final documentation follows submission and tender quality standards. Understand Singapore’s BIM submission requirements and assist the team in updating BIM documentation to meet these standards. Coordinate with architects and consultants from other disciplines, including organising coordination meetings and tracking design issues within the BIM model. Generate reports based on project requirements or instructions and assist with BIM interface checking and clash detection. Support the team in preparing study BIM models, performing model analysis, creating design visualisations, and providing recommendations based on design changes. Ensure proper documentation of issues, Requests for Information (RFIs), and maintain high-quality standards for BIM model deliverables. Maintain and develop the office-wide BIM library, including family maintenance, category and filter management, and new family creation based on Singapore's building code. Manage BIM material libraries and ensure compliance with office and project-specific BIM standards. Under direction, assist in preparing training materials and delivering general and ad-hoc training sessions to both architectural and technical teams. Perform other project-related duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor. Pre-requisites and Preferred Qualifications An architectural or technical diploma, and/or advanced certifications or training in BIM. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in BIM coordination within an architectural practice. Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and other BIM-related software tools (e.g. AutoCAD). Knowledge of 3D visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray). Experience in managing or developing BIM libraries. Familiarity with Singapore’s BIM standards and submission requirements; knowledge of local Singapore building codes and regulations. Excellent understanding of architectural design and construction processes. Previous experience working with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot BIM model issues effectively. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines. Collaborative approach to problem-solving and design development. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
