Role accountabilities: * Use technical knowledge and experience to apply technical and practical engineering production skills in a BIM environment for typically larger and more complex projects. * Lead a team in BIM model and drawing production for single discipline in coordination with BIM Manager and discipline lead. * For model delivery and ensuring compliance with project and company standards and meets clients Exchange Information Requirements (EIR). * Communicate with the BIM manager on regular basis and provide reports of project status. * Delegate the workload to the modellers comprising of teams from other Disciplines. * Coordinating clash detection and resolution activities. * Create federated model from different discipline models for BIM coordination activities.  * Provide oversight on workflow within the project and coordinate with BIM Manager to any found issues. * Support the engineers with issues related to drawing standards and usage of BIM software’s. * Mentor the BIM modellers with any queries they have and to assist with modelling when required. * Ensure the latest model is always up to date and correctly stored in the collaborative project management system. * Able to coordinate with lead engineers and other disciplines. * Develop skills in managing large and complex BIM Project. * Perform QA/QC on technical drawing before handing over to the BIM Manager for final checking. * Able to setup/develop new BIM model projects, maintain workability and efficiency. * Oversee drawing production that adheres to company/project standard and procedure (ie. BIM Execution Plan). * Undertake coordination with Senior Design Engineers and design leads in the Lead Offices. * Check and verify that quality requirements have been achieved in accordance with Arcadis systems. * Provide Advanced BIM training on software’s and BIM processes to the team. * Check all members of the project team are following the BIM Standards/BIM Execution Plan/ISO 19650 standard. Qualifications & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or Equivalent Courses / Technical Certification relating to BIM. * Minimum 7 years of experience working with relevant BIM software’s on Multi-Discipline BIM projects. * Must have REVIT experience * Experience in design consulting firm is required. * Proficient in Microsoft Application (word, excel, outlook). * Overseas Experience is advantage (work in other countries or project design out-sourcing company). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Has a systematic and methodological approach. * Can quickly adopt to drawing standards.
