What you’ll do

Reporting to the BIM Manager, you will be instrumental in standardising our digital design processes, managing our Revit assets, and ensuring seamless collaboration across our store design and development projects.

This role will suit an intermediate or advanced Revit user whose aim is to become a high standard well rounded BIM Coordinator with a BIM Manager future in sight.

You will:

• Oversee, maintain, and optimise the Revit libraries for our multiple brands, ensuring all assets are up-to-date, correctly categorised, and adhere to Woolworths standards.
• Develop, test, and maintain complex, parametric Revit families tailored to retail environments and store design requirements.
• Ensure architecture teams are modelling efficiently by delivering adequate content and associated training.
• Act as a key BIM contact for design teams. Facilitate coordination meetings and clearly communicate technical requirements.
• Assist with project setup, model maintenance, and issue resolution, particularly within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Conduct regular model audits to ensure compliance with BIM Standards and internal design guidelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and market trends.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in a BIM coordination or advanced drafting role, ideally with exposure to the retail or commercial sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with demonstrated expertise in complex family creation and library organisation.
• Minimum 3 years proven Revit project experience in architecture industry from concept stages to construction documentation
• Ability to confidently partner with multi-disciplinary design teams and external partners.
• Passion for training, onboarding, and supporting peers of varying technical levels to ensure modeling and family standards are met consistently.
• Self-starting mindset with a drive to investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose efficient, automated workflow solutions rather than just reacting to immediate system errors.
• Relevant degree or qualification in architecture or equivalent.
