POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer with expertise in aluminum and façade systems to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) specific to aluminum and façade works, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM engineering, with specific expertise in aluminum and façade systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or equivalent platforms).
• Strong understanding of façade engineering principles, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models for aluminum and façade projects.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings using BIM/Revit tools.
• Coordinate and integrate façade systems with other disciplines (structural, architectural, MEP).
• Perform clash detection and resolve technical issues with consultants, contractors, and design teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, project specifications, and international BIM standards.
• Generate quantities, schedules, and material take-offs directly from BIM models.
• Support the design, engineering, and execution teams with accurate BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain proper documentation and support digital project delivery.
